Fresno County Blossom Trail


A 62-mile self-guided motor tour featuring blossoming stone fruit orchards, citrus groves, vineyards and points of interest. Stops along this route include Sanger, Reedley, Orange Cove, Selma, Clovis, Kingsburg, Fowler and Simonian Farms. Each stop offers its own unique flavor and rich historical background.

Peak season is late February through mid-March.

Fresno County Fruit Trail

This self-guided tour through California’s agricultural heartland celebrates the beauty, flavor and culture of this region. Enjoy orchards full of ripe fruit and visit local fruit stands, farmers markets and related attractions to find the freshest of fruit and other delectable produce.

Kings River Country Tour

The Kings River Country tour provides historical and educational stops against the backdrop of the Sierra mountain foothills just below Sequoia/Kings Canyon national parks. Sights that may be included in this tour are the Sierra Endangered Cat Haven, Squaw Valley Herb Garden, Sequoia View Vineyards, historic Reedley Opera House, Mennonite Quilting Center and specialty shopping in Reedley and Clovis.

Sierra Heritage Scenic Byway

The 70-mile-long Scenic Byway proceeds along Highway 168 from Old Town Clovis and continues up Forest Route 80 to Kaiser Meadows. View foothills, wildflowers, grazing cattle, wood cutting and logging.

Visitors may stop along the route at the many shopping areas, historical sites and campsites, as well as enjoy fishing, horseback riding, backpacking, hunting and off-highway vehicle driving.

Squaw Valley Herb Gardens

Bring your senses alive. Wildflower Trail

The Judith Preuss Wildflower Trail is a beautiful foothill drive for any time of the year and a favorite for photographers, particularly from late February through May, when the flowers are in fullest bloom.

The trail begins in Old Town Clovis and winds southeast to join Highway 168 east of town. See carpenteria, redbud, buck brush, lupine and buckeye wildflowers, to name a few.
