Fresno Yosemite International Airport is served by 14 local and national air carriers and offers scheduled service to more than 25 of the nation's major cities. Currently the airport is serviced by Air Wisconsin/United Express, Alaska Airlines, Allegiant Airlines, America West/Mesa Airlines, American/American Eagle, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Horizon Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Skywest Airlines/United, United Airlines and Mexicana Airlines.

Situated just 1½ miles west of downtown Fresno, Fresno Chandler Executive Airport was once the city’s airline facility and only publicly owned airport. Airline service is now provided at the other city owned airport, Fresno Yosemite International (formerly named Fresno Air Terminal), located 6 miles to the northeast, Chandler continues to be an important general aviation airport serving the central San Joaquin Valley.
